TRIPPTT® Halloween Giveaway 2026: Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. SPONSOR
The TRIPPTT® Halloween Giveaway 2026 (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Carlos Sada, doing business as TRIPPTT, Los Angeles, California ("Sponsor"). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Mexico. If a potential winner is a minor under the laws of their place of residence, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or legal guardian, who must sign all required documents on the minor's behalf. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on October 22, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on October 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM PT (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's server is the official timekeeping device. Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Entry Period, visit tripptt.com/la/gw, enter your public Instagram username, confirm you are a resident of the United States or Mexico, accept these Official Rules and submit the entry form. To be eligible to win, the entrant must follow @tripptt.la on Instagram at the time of the drawing.
Limit: one (1) entry per person and per Instagram account. Use of multiple accounts, fake or inactive accounts, accounts belonging to other people, VPNs, proxies, data-center connections, bots, scripts or any automated means is prohibited and will void all entries by that person. Sponsor may limit the number of entries from a single network.
5. PRIZES
- First Prize (1): $2,000 USD in cash plus one (1) of each of the four (4) apparel items of Sponsor's new Halloween 2026 collection (the "Full New Drop", ARV $295 USD). Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $2,295 USD.
- Second Prize (1): $1,000 USD in cash plus the Full New Drop. ARV: $1,295 USD.
- Third Prize (1): $500 USD in cash plus the Full New Drop. ARV: $795 USD.
Total ARV of all prizes: $4,385 USD. Cash will be paid by a method mutually agreed with the winner (for example bank transfer). Apparel sizes are subject to availability. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes. United States winners of prizes valued at $600 or more will be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099. Mexican winners are responsible for any taxes due under Mexican law.
6. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS
On or about November 2, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing uses publicly verifiable randomness from the drand randomness beacon; the round used will be announced on @tripptt.la before the drawing. Three (3) potential winners and alternates will be selected in order. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winners will be contacted by direct message on Instagram only from the official @tripptt.la account. Sponsor will never ask for passwords, verification codes, payments or fees. A potential winner must reply within seventy-two (72) hours of notification and provide shipping and payment details; otherwise the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. Winners may be announced publicly by Instagram username.
8. DISQUALIFICATION
Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, uses automated or fraudulent means, violates these Official Rules or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding.
9. PRIVACY
We collect only what is needed to run this Giveaway: your Instagram username, the country and region of your connection, and a one-way encrypted (hashed) identifier derived from your IP address used solely to prevent fraud. We do not collect your email, phone number or any payment data through the entry form, and we do not sell your information. Shipping and payment details are requested only from winners. Entry data will be deleted within ninety (90) days after the Giveaway ends.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS & RELEASE
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the receipt or use of any prize, to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost, late or incomplete entries, or entries not received due to network issues. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned for any reason beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and award prizes from eligible entries received before such action.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local law of the entrant's residence requires otherwise.
12. WINNERS LIST
The winners' Instagram usernames will be posted on @tripptt.la on or about November 2, 2026, after verification.
